You can book an appointment by calling us directly or using our online booking system. For grooming, daycare, or shuttle services, we recommend scheduling in advance to secure your spot.

What areas do you serve?

We are located in Brentwood, CA, and proudly serve, including Antioch, Oakley, Discovery Bay, Bethel island , Knightsen , Pittsburg, Bay Point, Concord , Clayton and Livermore.

What is your shuttle service, and how does it work?

Our shuttle service provides door-to-door transportation for your pet, making it easier for you to access our grooming and daycare services. Our vehicles are equipped for pet safety and comfort, and our trained staff ensures a smooth ride for your furry friend.( This service is only available within the Brentwood area. )

Do you accommodate pets with special needs?

Absolutely! We provide personalized care for senior pets and those with special needs. Let us know your pet’s requirements, and we’ll ensure they receive the attention and care they deserve.

What are your hours of operation?

Monday - Saturday 08:00 AM - 06:30 PM

Sunday Closed.

What should I bring for my pet’s first visit?

For daycare or grooming, please bring any necessary medical records, and any specific instructions for their care. If your pet needs to take any medications during their time with us, those must be brought along as well.
